1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service. These terms apply to all visitors and waitlist members.

2. Description of service

YourProduct is a pre-launch product. The current service consists solely of a waitlist to be notified when access becomes available. No product functionality is guaranteed at this time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the product at any time without notice or liability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to join the waitlist. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are signing up on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use automated tools to submit multiple signups or manipulate the referral system.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.

We reserve the right to remove any entry from the waitlist that we reasonably believe violates these terms.

5. Referral program

The referral system allows you to earn earlier access by inviting others. Referral positions are not transferable, have no monetary value, and confer no guarantee of access or service pricing. We may modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Any abuse of the referral system (including fraudulent signups) will result in removal from the waitlist.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of YourProduct or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.

7. Privacy

Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YOURPRODUCT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YourProduct and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the service.

11. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify waitlist members.
